SIZE & FIT

Our styles are TRUE TO SIZE, meaning if you wear a medium as a typical fitted top then order a medium. However many of us (the family behind the brand) like to size up one for a slightly relaxed fit.
Our TEES, HOODIES, SWEATSHIRTS are all unisex fit. 
* Ayden is a Large-XL and prefers his tees and hoodies as an XL.
* Mama Misty is a Large, size 10 womens, and typically wears a LARGE tee, XL in the ZIP UP, LARGE SWEATSHIRT or an XL for an oversized fit to wear with leggings, the mom uniform!
* Papa Jay wears an XL in tees and hoodies and prefers that size in his fit.
* Big Daddy G, aka Gary, is a 3XL in most tops. He is wearing the 3XL in the hoodie. Nice fit.
* Little B, Becca, wears an XS in most clothing and is modeling our size smalls. A bit of a relaxed fit on her and she likes sweatshirts and hoodies this way.
Zip Up Flip Pack: 

True to size fit. However we highly suggest going up a size if you are in between sizes or a curvy body. It is more of a straight fit and seems at the shoulders compared to sweatshirts that have a more box-like fit and drop shoulder seem. These can shrink with wash & dried.

* Becca (Little B) wears a small and is typically an XS. She likes hers a bit oversized.

* Mama Misty is Large and normally a Large in jackets.

* Papa Jay wears an XL, his true to size in tees & sweatshirts. 

GARMENT CARE

WASH & CARE:* Wash cold, HANG or LAY FLAT to DRY!* We emphasize HANG DRY or LAY FLAT to DRY because items can shrink, yup, trust us..WE KNOW! Mama Misty says so! * We wash all of our hoodies, tees & sweatshirts in cold water to help prevent shrinkage and fading. * We DO NOT put these items in the dryer EVER. We typically dry on a hanging rack, hanger or even the door...it can get crowded on wash days...LOL* We WILL NOT accept RETURNS on washed items, sorry y'all, but we told ya! Try on your items first, make sure you are happy and then wear it with pride!

SHIPPING

Shipping is a flat $8 with FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $120!

All orders ship within 7-10 business days of purchase. Business Days are Mon-Friday and EXCLUDE weekends and holidays. Shipping Day 1 starts the business day AFTER order is placed. Example: If you order on Monday the first business day is Tuesday, 2 business days is Wednesday and 3 business days would be Thursday. If you order over the weekend (Sat/Sunday) they are treated as Monday orders.

All orders ship within 7-10 business days of purchase.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Return Process

  • In order to maintain efficiency & the integrity of our shop we ask that all returns be made within 7 business days of receipt. This is the policy and we do stand by this timeline.
  • Please email rckstarayden@gmail.com to alert us of the reason for the return, order # and exchange size or item.
  • Email must be sent within 7 days of receipt and MUST include the order number. 
  • We will reply within 48 hours with a response, please check spam!
  • In order to prevent any funny business, you may only ask for one store credit once a month. 
  • Note that if discounts were applied at the time of purchase, those will be factored into the returned store credit. 
  • We are doing our best to include as much sizing information as possible to ensure a proper fit, likewise, please make sure you are in love with the items you are choosing at the time of purchase.  
  • Returns or Exchanges will not be made on worn, washed, dirty items. Sorry, but we do stand by this. Items must be UNWORN, UNWASHED. 
  • If you wash and DRY the sweatshirts, knowing as we have stated that they may shrink, we will NOT accept the return/exchange. AGAIN, sweatshirts, hoodies and zip ups MAY shrink when washed in warm/hot water as well as dried.

Please FIRST email rckstarayden@gmail.com to initiate returns, we will NOT accept returns sent back to us without an email. These will be sent back “return to sender”.

FINAL SALE: Any item that is on sale is a final sale item.

DEFECTS/DAMAGES: If there are any manufacturer damages that we may have missed upon packaging your items, you have 7 days from the time of purchase to contact us via email: rckstarayden@gmail.com. Please make sure you try on your items right as you receive them.
